Cancellation/Change/Missed Appointment Policy- This policy is strictly enforced. No exceptions.
Our goal is to provide quality health care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment cancellation/change policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of colonhydrotherapy treatment.
Cancellation/Change of an Appointment: Strictly enforced.
Please be courteous and call us if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in urgent need of treatment. If it is necessary to cancel/change your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance, and calling earlier than that is appreciated.  Your early cancellation/change will give another person the possibility to have access to timely care
How to Cancel/ChangeYour Appointment:
To cancel/change appointments, please call 410-654-8997 ext 5 at least 24 hours in advance. There is voicemail on 24/7 and your message will be acknowledged. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please be sure to leave us your phone number and let us know the best time to return your call.
Late Cancellations/Changes:
Late cancellations will be considered as a "no-show". Client will be charged the full fee. No exceptons.
No-Show Policy:
A "no-show" is someone who misses an appointment without cancelling/changing a minimum of 24 hours in advance. No-shows will be charged the full amount for the appointment missed. No exceptions.
No further appointments will be taken until the missed appointment is paid for and prepayment will be required for future appointments.
Our sessions are one on one with complete attention being focused on the client for the entire session.  This policy is a necessary one.
